After publishing our first book, we decided to offer Gali Lupo Altaratz, the little priestess of healthy cooking, to produce and publish her book.
In an intensive and exciting crowdfunding campaign, about 600 supporters pre-bought the book. The first edition was published in mid-August 2015, in hardcover and digital editions (in Hebrew).
The book comprises about 200 tasty, unique, quick and easy recipes, all vegan and healthy — alongside useful tips and stories, not only for vegans: a must-have for anyone who strives to maintain a healthy lifestyle, or just wants to eat healthier food without spending too much time on it.
